Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a talented Swedish Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant environment, providing exceptional support to Swedish-speaking clients. As part of our customer support team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring a positive and efficient experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address complex customer concerns.
  • Stay current on product and service knowledge to offer accurate information.
  • Participate in continuous training to improve service delivery and product understanding.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Willingness to work in Bulgaria and adapt to the local work environment.
