Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Spanish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a popular messaging app in Greece. This role requires providing top-notch customer support to Spanish-speaking users, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution of any issues.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking users via phone, email, and chat regarding app usage, troubleshooting, and feature inquiries.
  • Assist users in resolving technical issues, account management, and general questions efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Stay informed about app updates, features, and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve the customer support experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, especially in tech or app support roles, is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
