This role requires providing top-notch customer support to Spanish-speaking users, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution of any issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking users via phone, email, and chat regarding app usage, troubleshooting, and feature inquiries.
- Assist users in resolving technical issues, account management, and general questions efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
- Stay informed about app updates, features, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve the customer support experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Experience in customer service, especially in tech or app support roles, is advantageous.
