Salary range: $71,846 to $115,129 with a normal starting salary between $78,872 and $85,897 annually, dependent on relevant education and experience.

### Your Opportunity
The Biology Department is seeking part-time and full-time term college professors to teach first- and second-year Biology lectures and/or labs at the Penticton, Kelowna, Vernon, and Salmon Arm campuses for the 2026-27 academic year. It is anticipated there will be one full-time position for fall and winter in Salmon Arm with some travel to Vernon, as well as one or two part-time positions in the fall in Kelowna and Penticton. A background in ecology, biostatistics and/or human anatomy and physiology would be valued. Duties will include teaching, laboratory preparation, holding regular office hours, marking all assignments and exams, and reporting grades. Travel between campuses may be required. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional teaching record with a demonstrated learner-centered teaching philosophy. The candidate must be committed to staying current in their field through active professional development and/or scholarly activity.
