You Are:

As a Forge Lead Generator focused on client experiences, you will be at the forefront of designing and executing client experiences that help identify and advance potential business opportunities. Your role is pivotal in hosting clients at The Forge (1201 New York Ave NW in DC), where your primary focus will be to create and execute experiences that lead to opportunity generation and maturation.

In this role, you will actively engage with both clients and account teams, ensuring that experiences are strategically personalized to clients and Accenture growth objectives to accelerate growth. You will need to become adept at leveraging the ready-made content and activations available at the Forge.

To excel in this role, you should be a natural problem solver who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment. As an engaging and extroverted individual, your communication skills must be polished, allowing you to connect with numerous clients and account teams effortlessly and authentically. This role frequently interfaces with C-suite / SES-level executives, providing a great opportunity for exposure to both client mission(s) and leaders while advancing AFS’ lead generation and sales priorities. Strong organizational and project management skills are a must, as you will be managing the curation and execution of multiple client experiences at all times.

Experience with COMPASS, particularly for lead generation and tracking, while not required is beneficial. Your experience in client-facing roles, especially within a business development or sales capacity, will be instrumental in navigating the high-stakes, sales-focused nature of this position. This role demands a proactive approach, and your ability to synthesize information quickly during experience intake meetings with our account teams and rapidly translate both growth objectives and client interests into dynamic client experiences will be key to driving forward the business objectives of the Forge.

Location: Candidate must be local to the Washington, DC area. Role will be required to be in office a minimum of 4 days a week (generally Monday-Thursday) and on site (The Forge®) for client experiences.

The Work:

  • Planning and facilitating growth & sales-oriented client experiences
  • Leading intake calls for Forge visit requests with account teams to understand the growth objectives and client interests relevant to the planning and execution of the related client experience
  • Curating client experiences from concept to execution, including agenda creation and coordination with subject matter experts, ensuring that we are bringing the best of Accenture and The Forge to bear
  • Thoughtfully combining client understanding with Accenture offerings and solutions at the Forge during client experiences
  • Communicating experience details to internal stakeholders (including briefings to leadership) and clients
  • Working cross-functionally across the broader Accenture ecosystem to bring innovative and strategic solutions and relevant subject matter experts to our clients
  • Effectively leveraging the ready-made content and activations at the Forge
  • Managing experience project plans and tracking related growth outcomes in COMPASS

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $135,200$278,500 USD
