The Function & Team This role sits within the Relationship Services team as part of the Private Credit function. The team manages borrower relationships across Speciality and Wholesale Financing, monitoring existing portfolios and assessing creditworthiness for new and additional lending opportunities. |

Role Summary The Portfolio Manager will manage and support relationships across the Speciality Finance portfolio, working alongside Associate Directors and Relationship Directors on wholesale lending to non-bank specialist lenders. Day-to-day responsibilities include borrower engagement, portfolio monitoring, credit reporting, annual reviews, in-life amendments and new money transactions. The role requires strong financial analysis, relationship management and the ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. The successful candidate will manage their own time well, prioritising timely reporting and completion of tasks both internal and external. |
