About Us

At Wing, we are looking for a high-level Google Ads Expert who knows how to turn intent into revenue.

You won’t just be "managing" an account from the sidelines; you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our entire Google ecosystem.

We need a specialist who is data-obsessed, understands the nuances of the Google auction, and knows how to scale budgets effectively.
### You Will Own
  • Campaign Architecture: Conceptualize and execute full-funnel campaigns across Google Search, YouTube (including Shorts), and Performance Max.

  • Hands-on Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on headlines, extensions, and landing page paths to maximize Quality Score and ROAS.

  • Budget Scaling: Manage and scale monthly spend to support our $1M–$5M ARR growth targets, ensuring efficiency as we grow.

  • Creative Strategy: Partner with creative teams to iterate on video hooks and ad copy based on real-time performance data and creative fatigue metrics.

  • Technical Tracking: Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate) and ensure tracking accuracy via GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

  • ### Preferred Skills & Experience

    • Google Ads Mastery: Deep expertise in Search and YouTube Ads is non-negotiable.

    • B2B/SaaS Experience: Highly preferred, as you understand long sales cycles and lead quality vs. quantity.

    • Analytical Rigor: You don't just report numbers; you provide insights. You understand tCPA and tROAS bidding strategies inside out.

    • Copywriting: Strong ability to write compelling, high-intent ad copy that aligns with user search queries.

    • Technical Literacy: Familiarity with GA4, offline conversion tracking, and audience segments.
