We are looking to hire a Account Manager - Partner Suceess & Sales who will work directly with used car dealers to understand their business needs, upsell relevant services, and grow mutual revenue. Your success will be measured by partner retention, service adoption, and overall business growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Handle Partner Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of partners, ensuring strong relationships and consistent engagement.
  • Identify opportunities and pitch our financing, insurance, and car evaluation services to existing partners.
  • Drive adoption of services that increase penetration and generate commission revenue for partners
  • Understand partner workflows and recommend customized service bundles that enhance their operations.
  • Monitor partner performance, identify trends, and take proactive steps to optimize outcomes.
  • Onboard new partners and train them on how to effectively use our platform and services.
  • Work with sales, operations, product, and customer support to deliver a smooth partner experience.

Requirements

  • A minimum of secondary education.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in automotive, fintech, SaaS, or insurance.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry.
  • Past experience using CRM software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain B2B relationships.
  • Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Must possess excellent data entry skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with comfort in a target-oriented role.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize tasks, and close deals.
  • Knowledge of the automotive ecosystem is a strong plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
