Job Description
As the Junior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will equip business stakeholders within our Marketing division with the data and insights needed to facilitate profitable, timely decision-making. You will manage data solutions end-to-end—from understanding unique stakeholder objectives to technical production and visual reporting—ensuring our data solutions perfectly align with our broader business strategy.
This role is based in Chippendale,Sydney and reports to the Associate Director Data Science.
You will…
- Analyse key trends to improve decision-making and meet strategic objectives.
- Provide analytics on customer acquisition, marketing mix, and retention.
- Document stakeholder data requirements for efficient solution creation.
- Create visually compelling, accurate dashboards to speed up and improve decision-making.
- Design optimal test setups for marketing experiments and A/B testing.
- Manage and prioritize stakeholder requests based on value and alignment.
- Ensure data is accessible, interpretable, and reliable for stakeholders.
You have…
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, etc.).
- Advanced SQL and Intermediate Python coding skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau for data visualisation.
- Strong knowledge of Statistics and practical A/B testing experience.
