As part of this role, you will be providing timely and clear communication, and delivering personalized support tailored to the unique needs of each client. You will collaborate closely with various logistics partners and internal departments to coordinate shipments, resolve issues, and ensure the seamless flow of operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support in Spanish.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to logistics services, shipments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics partners to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests within the CRM system.
- Handle and resolve complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay informed about logistics processes, company policies, and service updates.
Requirements
- Exceptional fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
- A minimum English proficiency of B2 is necessary.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within logistics or supply chain sectors.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and logistics software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to live and work in Greece.
