Caregiver

We provide compassionate and dedicated in-home care services to our clients, focusing on treating them with dignity, respect, and compassion. As a Caregiver with Giving Hearts Home Care, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of seniors by offering essential non-medical support in private homes and assisted living facilities, helping them maintain their independence and well-being through personalized care.

Responsibilities Assist with stand-by care, including bathing and dressing Help clients with mobility and transfers Provide supervision and companionship Offer medication reminders Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs Support clients with walks and exercise Accompany clients to medical appointments, including local driving Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks

Required Qualifications At least 2 years of caregiving experience High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License Possess at least one of the following certifications: PCA (Personal Care Aide), HHA (Home Health Aide), or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Own reliable vehicle for local travel

Preferred Qualifications Background check and PPD (Tuberculosis) test clearance Legal authorization to work in the United States with Social Security Number Minimum 2 years caregiving experience preferred; open to highly qualified candidates with less experience if fully authorized to work in the U.S.
