Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our team in a fully remote role supporting hotel bookings and reservation services. In this position, you will assist clients with selecting accommodations, coordinating reservations, and ensuring all travel details are accurate and complete.

This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel and hospitality space. No prior experience is required. Training and guidance are provided.

### Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with identifying and booking hotel accommodations based on their needs and preferences
  • Provide support throughout the reservation process, including confirmations and updates
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and property details
  • Verify booking information such as travel dates, guest details, and room selections
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and reservations
  • Offer follow-up support prior to check-in and after stay when needed
### Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills with a customer service mindset
  • Detail-oriented and able to stay organized across multiple tasks
  • Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is helpful but not required
