The Work:
As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for shaping and maintaining comprehensive project roadmaps that drive the introduction of new services and continuous architectural enhancements. Your role will involve providing strategic direction and thought leadership, ensuring the program’s vision, execution plan, and stakeholder engagement are aligned with organizational goals. You will be expected to deliver engineering support across all of the program's multiple scrum teams, facilitating the seamless integration of services in support of our customers. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and implementing multitenant solutions, supporting the onboarding of new customer programs, and ensuring that common services are accessible and beneficial to all clients. In this position, you will leverage knowledge in a wide variety of tools and methodologies, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle SOA, Oracle Database, and DevOps practices. You will be tasked with developing and refining enterprise, operations, development, application, interface, and security architectures, as well as managing architecture roadmaps and data migration strategies.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain project roadmaps for new services and architecture improvements.
Provide thought leadership for the program, including overall vision, roadmap, execution plan, stakeholder engagement, engineering, and DevSecOps support for the program and scrum teams.
Serve as subject matter expert for Oracle EBS and extending it with custom development.
Direct the solutioning and integration of new services into a multitenant enclave.
Support the onboarding of new customer programs and ensure seamless integration.
Collaborate with multiple customers to deliver common services usable by all.
Design and implement multitenant solutions to maximize efficiency and scalability.
Coordinate across multiple scrum teams and technical skill sets to develop holistic, robust, secure, and scalable solutions.
Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps, including enterprise, operations, development, interface, and security architectures.
Oversee data migration activities and ensure secure, compliant transitions.
Champion DevSecOps best practices across all architecture and engineering efforts.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
