Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is looking for a strong RN leader ready to step into high impact leadership.

This role provides direct oversight of 3 Nursing Supervisors while helping drive clinical excellence, team development, operational success, and quality patient care across our Private Duty Nursing division.

What You’ll Bring

Active MO RN license

IL RN license a plus
Leadership or supervisory experience required
PDN or pediatric experience
Strong communication and operational leadership skills
