Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads, SEO, Social Media) โ Remote | Performance Marketing

๐ About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize campaigns across paid, social, and organic channels.
This is a hands-on, execution-first role โ not strategy-only.
You will:
- run and scale Google Ads campaigns
- manage social media engagement and content execution
- improve SEO and organic visibility
- continuously test, analyze, and optimize performance

๐ฏ What Youโll Own
1. Google Ads & Paid Search (Primary Focus)
- Manage campaigns across:
- Search
- Display
- Remarketing
- Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns for performance
- Write and test high-converting ad copy
- Optimize key metrics:
- CPC
- CTR
- Conversions
- ROAS
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting
- Identify and implement performance improvements
2. Social Media Execution & Engagement
- Manage engagement across:
- Respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions
- Support:
- content scheduling
- caption writing
- post optimization
- Monitor engagement metrics and audience growth
3. SEO & Organic Growth
- Conduct keyword research using tools like:
- SEMrush
- Optimize:
- metadata
- content
- internal linking
- Support technical SEO improvements
- Track:
- keyword rankings
- organic traffic
- Identify content gaps and growth opportunities
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track performance across:
- paid campaigns
- social channels
- organic traffic
- Analyze data using:
- Google Analytics 4
- Prepare reports with:

- recommendations
- Maintain clean documentation of campaign updates and changes

Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing:
- Google Ads campaigns
- 3+ years managing social media platforms
- Proven SEO experience using:
- SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
Core Skills
- Strong understanding of:

- CTR
- conversions
- ROAS
- Experience with:
- Google Analytics 4
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
