RN Clinical Manager

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) for our Wynnewood, PA Assistive Care office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire field staff to provide exceptional care

• Conduct client assessments and nursing visits in the Wynnewood, PA area

• Develop care plans and oversee implementation

• Supervise Home Health Aides in the field

• Facilitate orientation for new hires

• Conduct competencies for new and tenured staff

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience

• Supervisory experience preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
