We’re hiring a hands-on and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns across:

Google Ads & Paid Search (Primary Focus)

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across:
    • Search
    • Display
    • Remarketing
  • Conduct:
    • keyword research
    • campaign structuring

    • competitor analysis
  • Write and test high-converting:
    • ad copy
    • headlines
    • CTAs
  • Optimize:
    • CPC
    • CTR
    • CPA
    • ROAS
    • conversion rates
  • Manage:
    • budgets
    • bidding strategies
    • campaign pacing
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and scalability

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Conduct keyword research using:
    • SEMrush
    • Ahrefs
    • Google Search Console
  • Optimize:
    • metadata
    • headings
    • internal linking
    • landing pages
    • website content
  • Support:
    • on-page SEO
    • technical SEO improvements
    • organic traffic growth
  • Track:
    • keyword rankings

Social Media Management & Engagement

  • Manage engagement across:

  • Prepare:
    • reports
    • optimization recommendations

💻 Required Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • 3+ years of social media management and engagement experience
  • Proven SEO experience using:
    • SEMrush
    • Ahrefs
    • or similar SEO platforms
  • Strong understanding of:
    • PPC
    • paid search
    • SEO
    • audience targeting
    • conversion optimization
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics including:
    • CPC
    • CTR
    • CPA
    • conversions
    • ROAS
  • Experience using:
    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
    • Google Ads

  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills
  • Ability to work independently in remote environments
