We’re hiring a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, PPC, SEO, paid media, and social media channels.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on:

You’ll have direct ownership over:

  • Google Ads campaigns
  • PPC and paid search performance
  • SEO optimization

Google Ads, PPC & Paid Media (Primary Focus)

  • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across:
    • Google Search Ads

    • Performance Max (PMax)
  • Conduct:
    • keyword research
    • audience targeting
    • campaign structuring
  • Write and test:
    • ad copy
    • headlines
    • CTAs
    • creative variations
  • Optimize:
    • CPC
    • CTR
    • CPA
    • conversions
    • ROAS
  • Manage:
    • budgets
    • bidding strategies
    • campaign scaling
  • Identify performance gaps and execute improvements quickly

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Conduct keyword research using:
    • SEMrush
    • Ahrefs
    • Google Search Console
  • Optimize:
    • metadata
    • headings
    • internal linking
    • website content
    • on-page SEO
  • Support:
    • technical SEO
    • content optimization
    • organic growth strategies
  • Monitor:
    • keyword rankings
    • traffic
    • search visibility
  • Identify SEO opportunities and content gaps

Social Media Management & Engagement

  • Support engagement and growth across:
    • Instagram
    • Facebook
    • LinkedIn
  • Respond to:
    • comments
    • DMs
    • audience interactions
  • Support:
    • post scheduling
    • captions
    • social optimization
  • Monitor:
    • engagement metrics
    • audience growth
    • campaign activity

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Track campaign performance across:
    • paid ads
    • SEO
    • social media
  • Analyze data using:
    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • SEO tools
  • Prepare:
    • reports
    • insights
    • optimization recommendations
  • Maintain organized documentation of:
    • campaign changes

💻 Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with:
