🔥 What You’ll Own

Google Ads & Paid Search (Primary Focus)

  • Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across:
    • Search
    • Display
    • Remarketing
    • Performance Max (PMax)
  • Conduct:
    • keyword research
    • audience targeting
    • campaign structuring
  • Write and test high-performing:
    • headlines
    • ad copy
    • CTAs
  • Optimize:
    • CPC
    • CTR
    • CPA
    • conversions
    • ROAS
  • Manage:
    • budgets
    • bidding strategies
    • campaign scaling
  • Identify and execute ongoing performance improvements

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Conduct keyword research using:
    • SEMrush
    • Ahrefs
    • Google Search Console
  • Optimize:
    • metadata
    • page titles
    • headings
    • internal linking
    • on-page SEO
  • Support:
    • technical SEO improvements
    • content optimization
    • organic growth initiatives
  • Track:
    • rankings
    • traffic
    • keyword opportunities
  • Identify content gaps and growth opportunities

Social Media Management & Engagement

  • Manage engagement across:
    • Instagram
    • Facebook
    • LinkedIn
  • Respond to:
    • comments
    • DMs
    • audience interactions
  • Support:
    • content scheduling

    • post optimization
  • Monitor:
    • engagement metrics
    • follower growth

  • Collaborate on content and campaign execution

Reporting & Analytics

  • Monitor marketing performance across:

  • Prepare:

💻 Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing:

  • Strong understanding of:
