Kemet Corporation is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional CEO Assistant to join our Executive Office team.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have exceptional communication skills, and enjoy working closely with leadership, this opportunity could be the right fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements

• Prepare presentations, reports, and executive correspondence

• Coordinate communication between departments and stakeholders

• Support strategic projects and follow up on priorities

• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or CEO Assistant
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferably skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good command of the English language
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently
