
Position Summary
This is not a traditional back-office HR role. The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition is the Supply Chain Leader for Centria’s most critical asset: Talent. In our world, recruiting is the primary driver of revenue, market capacity, and clinical excellence. This role is responsible for building and scaling a high-velocity, national recruiting engine for ABA roles (Behavior Technicians, Clinical roles, and Psychologist roles) that ensures we have the clinical and professional talent required to meet our aggressive growth targets and de novo expansion plans. The ideal candidate is a Growth Operator who can blend sophisticated AI-driven efficiency with a "boots-on-the-ground" field orientation. This role does not just manage a process; they activate markets and create talent demand.
Duties and Responsibilities
Talent Supply Chain and Demand Generation
- Design and execute proactive local market recruiting strategies tied directly to regional growth plans.
- Partner with Marketing to build sophisticated candidate attraction campaigns that establish Centria as the Employer of Choice in highly competitive ABA markets.
- Move beyond job boards to build deep, sustainable talent pipelines in fragmented labor markets.
Growth Operations and Field Impact
- Act as a primary partner to Clinical and Operations leaders, ensuring recruitment velocity matches center capacity and client intake schedules.
- Use data to forecast hiring needs 90-120 days out, preventing growth bottlenecks caused by talent shortages.
- Constantly benchmark Centria’s speed, offer acceptance rates, and candidate experience against industry competitors to maintain a dominant market position.
Tech-Enabled Productivity (AI and Systems)
- Oversee the AI and automation ecosystem to strip away administrative friction, allowing the team to focus on high-value candidate engagement.
- Ensure the recruitment tech stack (ATS, CRM, AI tools) is optimized for high-volume, high-quality clinical hiring.
- Establish a rigorous cadence of KPI reviews (Volume, Speed, Quality, Cost) and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Leadership and Culture of Urgency
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and leaders, fostering a culture of urgency, ownership, and competitive drive.
- Serve as the primary voice of Talent Acquisition to the Board and Executive Leadership Team, translating recruiting metrics into business impact.
Compliance with Centria’s Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, and Federal and State laws.
Responsibility to report violations of Company policies or the Code of Conduct.
This role is responsible for:
- Leading and maintaining team members by interviewing, selecting, orienting, and training team members;
- Ensuring the daily functions of the department are completed by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;
- Managing, coaching, and developing a high performing team that meets agreed objectives, and which delivers best practice results, added value, and continuous improvements;
- Maintaining regular contact with team members regarding performance, expectation setting, and coaching on policies and procedures related to their responsibilities, including but not limited to attendance, professionalism, etc.;
- Assigning and managing team members’ caseload and work assignments;
- Evaluating performance of team members, initiating disciplinary measures up to and including termination, including performance improvement plans and disciplinary action forms;
- Approving Paid Time Off and Leave of Absence requests;
- Consistently promoting high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviors expected of them.
Qualifications
Education/Licenses
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Experience

8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in a significant leadership capacity.
Equipment and Technology Requirements
- Working knowledge of laptop/desktop PC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
- Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet)

Knowledge and Skills
- Deep experience in high-volume healthcare or professional services recruiting (ABA experience is a plus).
- Demonstrated success in managing recruitment operations through periods of rapid site expansion.
- Strong proficiency in recruitment technology and data analytics.
- Proven experience scaling a recruiting function in a PE-backed, high-growth, or multi-site healthcare environment.
- Thinks in terms of supply chains, unit economics, and market capacity, not just "filling reqs."
- An early adopter of AI and automation tools, knowing exactly how to use them to drive recruiter output.
- Can navigate the tension between corporate strategy and field-level clinical needs with ease.
Working Conditions
- Centria's office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM 6:00 PM.
- Additional time or occasional shifts in schedule may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, physical requirements such as bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting most of the day as well as walking and standing periodically. This role may require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
