Overview

Ace Handyman Services is seeking a skilled and dependable Handyman to join our growing team in Weatherford, Texas. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and delivering high-quality craftsmanship to residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance including:
• Minor plumbing
• Basic electrical work
• Carpentry
• Drywall repair
• Painting
• Fixture installation
• Diagnose issues and provide effective repair solutions
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude on every job site
• Complete projects efficiently while meeting quality standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Travel to residential and commercial properties within the assigned service area
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding project expectations and timelines
• Help maintain Ace Handyman Services’ reputation for reliability and quality workmanship

Requirements

Must Have

• Must live within 30 miles of Weatherford, TX
• 1–2 years of handyman, maintenance, or general repair experience
• Reliable truck or work vehicle
• Personal tools suitable for a wide range of handyman tasks
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice to Have

• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Experience estimating basic time and material costs
• Preventive maintenance experience
• General construction knowledge across multiple trades
