We are hiring a Financial Modelling Specialist for one of our clients — a YC-backed (W25) company building advanced financial and business modelling infrastructure used to train AI systems.

This role is highly analytical and execution-focused. You will build, review, and improve sophisticated financial models used within structured AI training workflows.

What You’ll Own

Financial Modelling & Analysis (Core Focus)

Build complete end-to-end:

Financial models
Forecasting models
KPI frameworks
Operating models
Scenario analyses

Create clean, scalable, and structured modelling outputs
Ensure models align with U.S. accounting and financial analysis standards

Model Review & Quality Control

Review and refine models built by other analysts
Identify:

Structural issues
Logic gaps
Formula inconsistencies
Forecasting errors

Improve:

Documentation

Framework & Documentation Improvement

Help improve modelling standards and frameworks
Update:

Templates
Documentation

Contribute to scalable financial modelling infrastructure

Required Experience & Skills

3–7+ years of hands-on financial modelling experience
Strong understanding of:

U.S. GAAP
Revenue recognition
Cash flow alignment
Accrual vs. cash accounting
Forecasting & variance analysis

Advanced proficiency in:

Excel
Google Sheets

Experience building and auditing complex financial models
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
