Role at a glance
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join Deligo’s Operations experts. As a member of the team, you will provide expert assistance to our customer, ensuring seamless operation and satisfaction with our product.
How you’ll make a difference
Provide customer support via different interfaces like live chat and email
Lead and deliver new location’s deployments
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, escalate is required
Assist customer with setup and configuration
Document and track customer interactions and solutions
Execute scheduled (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, etc.) reporting activities
Improve our AI success results through data analysis and enhancement
Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation
What makes you a great fit
Proven experience in customer or sales support roles
Strong English language skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Technical savviness to tackle tricky issues
Willingness to work flexibly, as we cover 8-18 in shifts (8-16/10-18)
Willingness to travel (around 20% of the time to our clients, mainly across EU and UK) ✈️

German or French language skill
