About this role

We’re looking for a senior Brand Media manager to own execution across Faire’s brand awareness programs. This is a part-time contract (10–15 hours per week for ~6 months) where you’ll run day-to-day campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest, with YouTube as the priority. You’ll be hands-on in platform, managing setup, optimization, and performance. The ideal candidate has deep experience running YouTube through Google Ads, plus meaningful experience in TikTok and/or Pinterest. You’ve worked on brand campaigns before and can turn ambiguous awareness performance into clear reporting and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Manage day-to-day execution across YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest, including campaign setup, QA, launch, in-flight optimization, and pacing
  • Lead YouTube campaigns across US and UK markets, including new launches, ongoing experiments, and seasonal pushes
  • Run Pinterest and/or TikTok campaigns end-to-end, partnering with internal teams on shared workload and assisting with operations of creative asset development
  • Lead post-campaign reporting and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Track and analyze pacing, results, and learnings, and maintain visibility into campaign status for cross-functional partners
  • Lead reporting on sponsored media buys for 2–3 key trade shows and events
  • Work cross-functionally alongside project management, analytics, creative, and external partners to keep launches on schedule and optimized

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years direct, hands-on experience managing large-budget paid media campaigns
  • Proficiency managing YouTube ads through the Google Ads platform (priority channel for this role)
  • Deep expertise in either Pinterest or TikTok ads; Pinterest preferred (expertise in both is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of brand and awareness media metrics, appropriate optimization levers for each platform, and translating the importance of these metrics to internal executive stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, especially when presenting results and recommendations to senior audiences
  • Comfortable owning both day-to-day optimization and post-campaign reporting with limited oversight
  • Available for a ~6-month engagement at 10–15 hours per week, with flexibility to scale hours up or down based on campaign intensity
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of building or rebuilding programs from scratch, not just optimizing established ones
  • Experience with B2B advertisers or a two-sided marketplace is a plus

Pay range

California & New York Pay Transparency: The pay range for this role is $75–$95 per hour. This is a part-time contract engagement running approximately from late June through the end of the year at 10–15 hours per week.

Actual hourly pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
