Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual therapy services to clients throughout Kentucky. This role involves meeting with clients through secure video sessions, learning about their concerns, identifying patterns that may be affecting their daily life, and helping them work toward realistic clinical goals.

As an LCSW in this position, your work will be centered on one-on-one client care. You will complete assessments, guide therapy sessions, update treatment plans, and document progress with accuracy. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician who wants a structured remote position while continuing meaningful work with clients who need steady mental health support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote individual therapy to clients through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical background
  • Create treatment plans based on client needs, symptoms, and goals
  • Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions
  • Track client progress and adjust treatment plans when clinically appropriate
  • Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
  • Follow HIPAA, ethical, and Kentucky state licensing standards
  • Identify risk concerns and follow proper safety procedures when needed
  • Refer clients to additional resources or higher levels of care when appropriate

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active Kentucky LCSW license in good standing
  • Clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
  • Comfortable working with clients in a telehealth setting
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and ethical standards in mental health care
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for sessions
