Job Overview
We're seeking proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented Recruiters to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles. The ideal candidate is well-rounded, highly organized, and experienced in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and supporting hiring managers through every stage of the hiring process. Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from job posting to offer stage
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the process
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Track candidate progress and update recruitment systems accurately
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Create and post compelling job advertisements
- Support onboarding coordination for successful hires
- Monitor recruitment metrics and identify process improvement opportunities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and professional employer branding

Requirements
Qualifications
- Must be based in the Philippines, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, or Colombia
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) — C1 level or higher
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using ATS, job boards, and recruitment tools
- Strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Reliable internet and a quiet work environment
