AERONES is looking for a proactive and analytical Operations Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will focus on providing insights and analysis to support key operational decisions, improve efficiency, and drive financial performance. You'll collaborate closely with various departments, helping to bridge the gap between finance and operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational costs and provide detailed financial reports.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Track budget variances and investigate discrepancies, providing actionable insights.
- Analyze cost drivers within the operations and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Monitor inventory levels, production costs, and supply chain expenses.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, procurement, supply chain) to ensure financial alignment with company objectives.
- Evaluate the financial impact of operational decisions and provide recommendations.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data in ERP and financial systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time tracking of financial and operational metrics.
Requirements
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within an operations or manufacturing environment.
- Good English skills (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Knowledge of operational processes such as supply chain, production, and procurement is a plus.
- Attention to order, quality, and accuracy.
- Willingness to solve problems and take responsibility for work outcomes.
