Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Swedish Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating social media content in Swedish, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and company policies. Your efforts will help maintain a safe and positive online environment for the Swedish-speaking audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content in Swedish to ensure adherence to community standards and company policies.
• Respond promptly and professionally to user comments and messages in Swedish.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content according to company protocols.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support and improve content moderation strategies and community engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, platform guidelines, and best practices in content moderation.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in social media moderation, community management, or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their moderation policies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive content professionally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer literacy.
