In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating social media content in Spanish to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies. Key Responsibilities

• Respond professionally and promptly to user comments and messages in Spanish.

• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support content strategies and enhance community engagement.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in social media moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their content policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
