Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Slovak Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating social media content in Slovak to ensure it complies with community guidelines and company policies. Your efforts will contribute to maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging online environment for the Slovak-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content in Slovak to ensure adherence to community standards and company policies.
• Respond promptly and professionally to user comments and messages in Slovak.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content according to company protocols.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support content strategies and community engagement.
• Stay updated with social media trends, guidelines, and best practices in content moderation.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in social media moderation, community management, or similar roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their moderation policies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally and discreetly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer proficiency.
