Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for Polish Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating social media content in Polish, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and company policies. Your efforts will contribute to creating a safe and positive online environment for the Polish-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content in Polish to ensure adherence to community standards and company policies.
• Respond professionally and promptly to user comments and messages in Polish.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content according to company guidelines.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support content moderation and community engagement strategies.
• Stay informed about social media trends, moderation policies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in social media content moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their moderation guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer literacy.
