Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Lithuanian Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating social media content in Lithuanian to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies. Your contribution will help maintain a safe and engaging online environment for the Lithuanian-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content in Lithuanian, ensuring adherence to community standards and company policies.
• Respond promptly and professionally to user enquiries and comments in Lithuanian.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content according to company protocols.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to refine content moderation strategies and improve community engagement.
• Stay informed about emerging social media trends, guidelines, and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Lithuanian (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in social media moderation, community management, or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their content policies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content discreetly and professionally.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and good judgment skills.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer proficiency.
