In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating user-generated content on various social media platforms to ensure it complies with community guidelines and company policies, specifically targeting the Italian-speaking audience. Your work will help maintain a safe and positive online community.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate social media content in Italian to ensure compliance with community standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to user comments and messages in Italian.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content according to company procedures.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to implement effective content moderation strategies.
• Stay updated on social media trends, moderation best practices, and policy changes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in social media content moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their moderation policies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
