Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking German Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating social media content in German to ensure compliance with community standards and company policies. Your work will help maintain a safe and positive online environment for the German-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content in German in accordance with community guidelines and policies.
• Respond promptly and professionally to user comments and messages in German.
• Identify, report, and escalate inappropriate or harmful content as per company procedures.
• Work closely with social media and marketing teams to support content moderation strategies and community engagement.
• Stay updated on social media trends, policies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in social media content moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their moderation policies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong judgment skills.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer proficiency.
