Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate social media content in French to ensure it aligns with community standards and company policies.
• Respond promptly and professionally to user comments and messages in French.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content according to company protocols.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to improve content moderation processes and community engagement.
• Stay updated on social media trends, moderation guidelines, and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in social media moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their moderation policies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and sound judgment skills.
