Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for Dutch-Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Greece. In this role, you will be tasked with monitoring, reviewing, and moderating content on various social media platforms to ensure compliance with community standards and company policies. Your work will contribute to fostering a safe and positive online environment for the Dutch-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content in Dutch to ensure it aligns with community guidelines and company policies.
• Respond to user comments and messages professionally and promptly in Dutch.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content according to company procedures.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support content strategies and enhance community engagement.
• Stay updated with social media trends, policies, and best practices in content moderation.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in social media moderation or related community management roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their moderation guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer literacy.
