Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Dutch Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating social media content in Dutch to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies. Your work will contribute to fostering a safe and positive online environment for the Dutch-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate social media content in Dutch to ensure it adheres to community standards and company policies.
• Respond to user comments and messages in a professional and timely manner.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content according to company protocols.
• Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to improve content moderation strategies and community engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, policies, and moderation best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in social media moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their moderation policies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment skills.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer literacy.
