Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Danish-Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating user-generated content on various social media platforms in Danish, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and company policies. Your efforts will contribute significantly to maintaining a safe and positive online environment for the Danish-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review social media content in Danish to ensure adherence to community standards and policies.
• Respond promptly and professionally to user comments and messages in Danish.
• Identify, report, and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content according to company protocols.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support content moderation strategies and improve community engagement.
• Stay informed about current social media trends, moderation best practices, and policy updates.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in social media moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their guidelines, and moderation policies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive content professionally.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, good judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer literacy.
