Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Croatian Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating social media content in Croatian to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies. Your efforts will help maintain a safe and positive online environment for the Croatian-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content in Croatian to ensure compliance with community standards and company policies.
• Respond professionally and promptly to user comments and inquiries in Croatian.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to improve content strategies and community engagement.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, guidelines, and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in social media moderation, community management, or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their moderation policies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive content professionally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and good judgment.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer skills.
