Cardiac Surgeon

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Surgeon to join our prestigious medical team. Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose patients with cardiovascular diseases requiring surgical intervention.
• Perform advanced cardiac surgeries including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair and replacement, and congenital heart defect corrections.
• Coordinate care with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach.
• Lead preoperative planning and postoperative management to ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and families about surgical procedures, risks, benefits, and postoperative care.
• Engage in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to advance cardiac surgical techniques.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completed residency in General Surgery and specialized fellowship training in Cardiac Surgery.
• Board certification in Cardiac Surgery is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience performing cardiac surgical procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of contemporary cardiac surgical techniques and technologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and make sound clinical decisions.
• Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
