SearchPlus HR is recruiting an experienced Specialist Restorative Dentist to join a leading private dental practice. This role offers the opportunity to provide advanced restorative dental care in a luxurious and patient-focused environment. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized treatment plans that enhance both function and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough dental assessments and develop individualized restorative treatment plans.
• Carry out high-quality restorative procedures including crowns, bridges, veneers, dental implants, and complex restorations.
• Manage multidisciplinary cases, collaborating with other specialists as needed.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical services and protocols.

Requirements

• Qualified DDS or DMD degree with specialist training in Restorative Dentistry.
• Valid dental license eligible for private practice.
• Minimum of 2-5 years clinical experience in restorative dentistry, preferably in the private sector.
• Proficient in the latest restorative techniques and dental technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered care in a high-end clinical setting.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and adapt to an international practice environment.
