Job Title: Field Operations Lead & Laborer
Company: 1-800-GOT-JUNK?
Pay: $14-$35/hr average (14+ Profit/ Revenue Share + Tips)
Job Type: Full-Time

Overview:
We’re hiring an Field Operations Lead & Laborer to drive performance in the field. This role is built for someone who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance hands-on work with team leadership, customer interaction, and real-time decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead daily routes and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time
  • Provide on-site estimates and confidently close sales
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences on every job
  • Maintain clear internal and external communication with team members and customers
  • Serve as the first point of contact for team inquiries and real-time problem solving in the field
  • Train, coach, and support team members
  • Safely lift, load, and remove items (50+ lbs)
  • Multi-task effectively across logistics, customer service, and team leadership responsibilities
  • Hit and exceed daily performance and revenue targets

What You Bring:

  • 1–2+ years of leadership, sales, or operations experience
  • Moving or labor experience preferred
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead by example in a physical, fast-paced role
  • Results-driven mindset with a team-first attitude
  • Valid driver’s license & 21+

Schedule:
Full-Time | 5 days/week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend day)
