Charter Sales Executive (Private Aviation Sales, Luxury Client Sales – Remote, EST Hours)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Charter Sales Executive to manage private jet charter inquiries and close high-value sales in the private aviation space.

In this role, you’ll work with high-net-worth clients, craft tailored flight solutions, and deliver a white-glove, luxury client experience from inquiry to post-flight follow-up.

If you’re experienced in high-ticket sales, relationship management, and client-facing roles, this is a high-impact opportunity.

Responsibilities

Sales & Deal Conversion

  • Manage inbound charter inquiries and convert leads into closed bookings
  • Present customized flight solutions based on client needs
  • Guide clients through the full booking process

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients
  • Deliver a premium, concierge-level experience
  • Drive repeat business and long-term client retention

Client Experience & Communication

  • Provide seamless support from initial inquiry to post-flight follow-up
  • Communicate across:
    • Phone
    • Email
    • Slack
    • WhatsApp
  • Respond quickly with professional, polished communication

CRM & Sales Operations

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • Track leads, opportunities, and sales performance
  • Support reporting and pipeline visibility

Team Collaboration & Coverage

  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Participate in rotating schedules for extended coverage
  • Support a fast-paced, 24/7 client service environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales (high-ticket, luxury, or client-facing roles preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to build trust and manage high-value client relationships
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Experience using:
    • CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
    • Communication tools (Slack, WhatsApp, email, phone)
  • Comfortable working EST hours with rotating availability

Nice to Have

  • Experience in private aviation or charter sales
  • Familiarity with Avinode or similar charter platforms
  • Knowledge of:
    • Private jet categories and specifications
    • Flight range and cabin configurations
  • Understanding of Part 135 operations
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency transactions

Tools & Tech

  • Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Slack / WhatsApp / Email / Phone
  • Avinode (or similar charter platforms)
