About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Applications Developer to build automation systems, dashboards, integrations, and internal business applications using the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on:
• Power BI development
• Power Automate workflows
• Power Apps
• Microsoft Teams integrations
• Azure-based automation
• Business process optimization
You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and high-impact automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

What You’ll Do
Power BI & Business Intelligence
• Design and build Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Develop scalable data models using DAX and Power BI best practices
• Create actionable reporting systems for operations, HR, finance, and internal teams
• Optimize dashboard performance and data refresh reliability
Power Automate & Workflow Automation
• Build advanced Power Automate workflows and automation systems
• Create end-to-end business process automations across Microsoft 365 tools
• Develop custom connectors, approvals, notifications, and workflow logic
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve process efficiency
Power Apps & Internal Applications
• Develop Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
• Build internal business tools and workflow applications
• Integrate Dataverse solutions for centralized data management
• Improve usability, scalability, and operational workflows
Azure Integrations & APIs
• Build Azure Functions and cloud-based integrations
• Connect internal systems with third-party platforms using:
• REST APIs
• Webhooks
• Custom connectors
• Maintain secure and scalable integrations across systems
Microsoft Teams & Collaboration Tools
• Build Microsoft Teams applications and integrations
• Develop:
• Notification bots
• Adaptive cards
• Workflow automations
• Messaging integrations
• Improve collaboration and operational visibility across teams
Documentation & Optimization
• Document workflows, integrations, dashboards, and application logic
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues
• Continuously optimize automation reliability, scalability, and security
• Implement best practices for governance and maintainability
Requirements
Experience
• 2–4 years of experience developing with Microsoft technologies
• Proven experience building automation and analytics solutions
Technical Skills
• Strong Power BI skills:
• DAX
• Data modeling
• Dashboard development
• Visualization best practices
• Advanced Power Automate experience:
• Complex workflows
• Custom connectors
• Business automation
• Hands-on Azure experience:
• Azure Functions
• Integrations
• Cloud automation
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
• Experience with:

• System integrations
