Job Description

The Data Architect is responsible for designing and governing the entire data ecosystem of the War Data Platform. Establish the enterprise data model, define standards for data storage (e.g., data lakes, warehouses, databases), and design the architecture for data ingestion, processing pipelines (ETL/ELT), and data access. Work closely with the GRC and security teams to ensure data governance, data quality, and data protection policies are designed into the architecture from the start. The Data Architect's primary goal is to ensure that data on the client's platform is findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable (FAIR), enabling advanced analytics and AI/ML at scale.

Must have:

Bachelor’s degree (or an additional 4 years equivalent experience) in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field
10 years of experience in data
Expert knowledge designing enterprise data architectures and models
5 years of experience leading data teams
Expert architect and experience leading implementation teams

Nice to have:

Masters degree
Experience or skills in Cloud Architecture

Security Clearance:

Active TS/SCI clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $135,200—$278,500 USD
