Your role

As the Engineering Manager within Capgemini, you will be responsible for leading the AI Product engineering team for Neo, the newly launched Group-wide AI platform. You will oversee the design and delivery of user‑facing AI experiences, bringing together frontend engineering and UI/UX design to create intuitive, high‑quality interfaces. This role works closely with product, AI/ML engineering, cloud and change teams to transform AI capabilities into seamless user journeys across the organization.

Your tasks

  • Leading and developing a team of front-end engineers and UI/UX designers to deliver high‑quality AI product experiences.
  • Driving the design, development, and iteration of Neo’s user interface and end‑to‑end user experience.
  • Ensuring and maintaining strong UI/UX standards, accessibility, and design consistency across the platform.
  • Overseeing frontend architecture to guarantee scalable, performant, and maintainable solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with product, AI/ML, cloud, and change teams to translate business needs into user‑centric features.

 

 

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Proven experience leading frontend or product engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user‑centered design, and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Hands‑on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and large‑scale application delivery.
  • Solid knowledge of how AI/ML features translate into user‑facing interfaces.
  • Bonus: experience with A/B testing, user research, open‑source contributions, distributed collaboration, or accessibility standards.
