This position is located at our corporate office in South Sioux City, NE, and offers relocation assistance to the Siouxland area. The role follows a hybrid schedule, with three days in the office and two days remote each week.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent Master’s graduates or professionals with a few years of experience who are eager to build scalable data solutions and grow into a senior‑level role.

 

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Assist in developing and enhancing data infrastructure that supports business growth.
• Partner with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality data solutions.
• Support cloud-based data platforms and contribute to platform enhancements and optimization.
• Apply data engineering best practices related to data quality, reliability, and performance.
• Follow data governance, privacy, and security standards while working with sensitive data.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in a related field or 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Foundational experience or coursework in modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, or similar).
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience with at least one programming language such as Python.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and data pipeline development.
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
