Technical Consultant

You’ll contribute to end-to-end project delivery, from design to deployment and support. • Lead and support software implementation projects, ensuring solutions align with customer requirements and expectations
• Act as the main technical liaison between customers and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and successful outcomes
• Design, develop, customize, and maintain software solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and quality standards
• Create and review technical design documentation based on functional specifications
• Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of applications to ensure reliability and efficiency
• Support system integrations with client environments, including legacy systems and third-party tools
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teams
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement of development processes
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks within scope, budget, and quality expectations

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years of experience in ERP implementations or software consulting roles
• Strong development experience with X++ and SQL, including performance tuning
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing)
• Experience in system customization, integration, and API development
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, and deployment practices
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and documentation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, DevOps, and enterprise architecture concepts is a plus
