Senior Graphic Designer

This role is ideal for a highly creative and detail-oriented designer with strong e-commerce and Amazon marketplace experience. You will be responsible for producing visually compelling assets that help brands stand out across highly competitive digital shelves. Working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, you will translate brand strategies into impactful visuals tailored for multiple platforms and audiences. The role requires a strong command of design principles, particularly typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate quickly based on feedback and performance insights. This position also offers the opportunity to contribute to design direction while continuously refining your craft in a dynamic, global-facing environment.

• Design high-quality digital marketing and e-commerce creatives for multiple brand partners across diverse industries.
• Develop visual assets optimized for Amazon and other online marketplaces, ensuring alignment with platform best practices.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and performance data to improve engagement and conversion outcomes.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity while adapting creative output across varying styles and campaign requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, contributing ideas, sharing best practices, and supporting junior designers when needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, including at least 2 years in an agency environment.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience designing for Amazon or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and color theory principles.
• Proven portfolio showcasing e-commerce or digital marketplace design work.
• Ability to design for multiple devices and screen formats, including desktop and mobile.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Preferred: familiarity with Amazon design guidelines, leadership experience, and strong remote work discipline.
