Software Engineering

A recognized subject matter expert responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of large‑scale technology systems. Operates with limited managerial oversight, mentors junior engineers, and influences the technical direction, standards, and best practices across products and platforms. Solves complex technical challenges while ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a recognized technical SME, providing guidance on architecture, design, and implementation.
• Lead and manage large, mission‑critical technology systems or projects.
• Drive technical decisions and innovation to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Coach, mentor, and review work of junior and mid‑level engineers.
• Define and influence coding standards, engineering best practices, and development guidelines.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues across multiple layers of the application stack.
• Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, testable, and production‑ready.

Influence organizational technology policies, procedures, and frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands‑on experience in .NET‑based enterprise application development.
• Proven experience leading complex technical initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and drive engineering excellence.
